About QTAS

QTAS is a Chartered Institute of Building, CIOB, accredited centre to deliver the Chartered Membership Programme (CMP) leading to full chartered status/corporate membership (MCIOB).

QTAS is also an accredited provider through Pearson Edexel for Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Construction Senior Management, Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management, Level 6 NVQ Construction Contracting and Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Supervision, all leading to varying classes of CIOB membership, including chartered status depending on the award undertaken.

QTAS is managed and co-ordinated by Martin Cushnahan, FCIOB, who has a strong track record in the management and delivery of construction training programmes and experience throughout the construction industry over a 30 year period.

Martin was a Senior Training Manager at CITB NI and managed the direct training division TASC. He is also a past Chair of CIOB in Ireland Northern Centre and is still an active participating member representing CIOB. Martin has also worked as a construction training consultant in both Nigeria and Rwanda.
