Construction qualifications that we can help you with
QTAS is dedicated to training and development in the construction sector. We offer a range of training and assessment services. QTAS is a registered provider to deliver courses for the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and Pearson Edexcel.
QTAS has a strong track record in the structuring, delivery, assessment, and management of construction learning programmes, particularly via the CIOB Chartered Membership Programme.
QTAS has also vast experience in the provision of Construction NVQs at both supervisory and management levels – Level 4 NVQ, Level 6 NVQs and Level 7 NVQ. The Level 6 NVQs and Level 7 NVQ provide the opportunity for candidates to apply for chartered status of the CIOB. Attainment is now also a requirement for certain CSCS and CSR competency cards.

NVQs for Construction Professionals
The Construction NVQ, Level 4, Level 6 and Level 7, is a convenient route to qualifications for busy professionals, with flexible times to suit the candidate. NVQs can be completed face to face or/and by virtual media.
CIOB - Chartered Membership
Programme
The Chartered Membership Programme (CMP) is the route to MCIOB for candidates with 5 years' management experience, but do not hold the required academic qualifications
CIOB Accred of Prior Experiential
Learning
For members currently holding ACIOB and ICOB who do not have a level 6 (degree level) qualification, but have substantial management experience in construction, this is an alternative route to become chartered.
CIOB Professional Review
applications
The professional review application process is the final stage in which applicants must demonstrate their competence to attain chartered membership of the CIOB.
